The new kid in Max Kingism, Zach Davis, is coming out and saying that “There’s more to the Old Heaven and Earth than just the covenant people”. So I can see that he’s now coming up with his own unique version of Max Kingism. He still has the heretical Max King framework, but he’s trying to syncretize some new stuff into the framework.
This is what Jeff Vaughn and Tim Martin did around 2002 with their Covenant Creation. This is what Chris Camillo, Donald Hochner, and Corey Schultz did around 2005 with their Israel Only.
Pretty much anybody who gets bold enough in the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism cult will start some syncretizing and coming up with their own certain flavor of Max King’s “Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism”. But it’s all still built on the heretical framework that Max King came up in 1971.
Like other leaders in this cult, Zach Davis managed to get himself a dedicated disciple base that he’s speaking into. Sadly, they can’t see that Zach is a tool and a puppet in both Max Kingism and the demonic. I keep telling people that the demonic is heavily involved in this cult out from Max King, but people who love these guys don’t care. Zach and others in this cult actually teach that “Satan” in the New Testament is Israelite leadership. They dismiss and deny that Satan is a literal supernatural being. How convenient it must be to be involved in the demonic, and then teach your disciples that there is no such thing as demons! Clever!
The founder of this cult, Max King, directly and personally “poured himself into” Don Preston, William Bell, and Ed Stevens throughout the 1970’s to 1990’s. And these deceived Campbellite churches of Christ (which is a cult) ministers took Max King’s demonic message to the streets. They have “poured themselves into” others, and so on.
Pretty much every Full Preterist, including the new hotshots stepping onto the scene today, is a Max King Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism cult adherent. In order to become somebody successful like Zach Davis, Robert Cruickshank, Rick Welch, Joel Rosenauer, or anybody new on the Max King Cult scene since COVID-19, you’ve got to plug yourself into learning the basics of “Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism” from “the old crew” that worked so hard over the past 35 years to make Max Kingism popular.
It’s a cult and it’s demonic. People think they’ve discovered the holy grail when learning “audience relevance” and “age-ending time texts”. Then they check into who’s teaching this “Full Preterism stuff”, and they get turned onto all the old and new players in the cult who are “charming” and “mesmerizing” people with one cult mantra after another. It’s all in the name of Max King, if even some newbies have never heard his name before.
These guys are not saved by Jesus. If they were, they would see one red flag after another concerning what’s being taught. But nope! Guys like Zach Davis chomp down on the cult bait, join the cult, grow their “ministry”, and become a professional Max King Cult teacher. They believe that they’re all about the truth in the Bible and Jesus, but what they truly are is dedicated Max King Cult disciples. They play the confidence trick game, the con game!
“Hey! Listen to me! I’ve got it going on! I’m smart! I know the Bible! You can trust me! I know Eschatology! I learned it from some of the best! I wouldn’t lead you astray! Audience relevance and age-ending time texts are what you need to learn from us! We’ll take you deeper after that! Never mind that we have a false Christ and a false gospel! Listen to me long enough so you get charmed and sucked into my con game! Trust me! I wouldn’t lead you astray!”
Zach Davis, the new hotshot teacher in the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism cult is now putting his own spin on Max Kingism, as he’s now going to syncretize some “new stuff” into the cult, and make his flavor be the latest greatest flavor. I’ve seen the exact same thing done over the past 25 years, especially with young hotshot guys who join the cult and want to make it their own flavor, many of whom have left the cult and deconstructed completely out of Christianity.
Zach Davis is pretty much grabbing at straws in order to see which ones are going to fit into his version of teaching Max Kingism. He’s groping in darkness as he’s trying to systematize the unsystematizable! As Zach now says in his southern draw and “charm”, “Well, I kinda think the Old Heaven and Earth is more than just a covenant people. I kinda think there’s more to it than just the covenant creation of these covenant people.”
See (sadly people can’t), this is about trying to build on a corrupt foundation, which a genuine Christian wouldn’t do. All the sheer guessing and grabbing at straws that’s going on here is not good. It’s like Gary DeMar right now saying, “I’m just asking questions!” No Gary! You’re conning people!
All of these guys in the Max King Cult, including Zach Davis and Gary DeMar, are NOT building on the foundation that is Jesus and the cross! They’re totally building on the corrupt framework and foundation of Max King and his “Covenant Eschatology” that he came up with in 1971!
Max took on Universalism and blatant Occult New Age religion in the 1990’s and early 2000’s, and this sent all his disciples into a tailspin, which is why different flavors of Max Kingism began popping up in the early 2000’s. They all kept Max’s heretical framework, but they syncretized their own weird heretical teachings on top of it.
There’s about 20 popular teachers teaching Max King’s heretical “Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism” today, and many have their own spin on it, while all still remaining true to Max’s heretical framework. This is why everybody in this cult gets along with each other, including Ed Stevens, who tries his best to act separated from Don Preston, William Bell, and others. It’s definitely an act, because Ed also has the heretical Max King framework of an alleged “old covenantal world and age” becoming an alleged “new covenantal world and age” over an alleged “40 year covenant change process between the cross and the parousia of Christ” in and around AD 70.
Don’t worry all you Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism cult guys and gals! Zach Davis is the promised messiah that will bring the much needed unity and peace to the Max King Cult that Don Preston, William Bell, and Ed Stevens couldn’t deliver in the past 35 years!
Zach Davis is really onto something here that’s super profound and full of amazing Max Kingism truth, wisdom, and insight!
(Remember, say this with a southern draw)…
“I kinda think the Old Heaven and Earth is more than just covenant people and just the creation of these covenant people.”
Wow! Stop the American Vision and Don Preston presses! This might require a new book! Let’s all put on our listening ears and heed Max Kingism’s messiah Zach’s words!
Max Kingism’s apostles Don Preston and William Bell have been stealing the cream of the crop teachings from everybody else in this cult for the past 35 years, and they just might start using this “new word” from their messiah Zach, as everybody is trying to grow this cult and make their own mark while doing so.
“Syncretism” is the word! A little of this. A little of that. Put it in the pot, stir it up, and see what ya get – as you guess what might be the next “new word” from some hotshot cult teacher that’ll be built on a heretical framework and foundation that Max King came up with in 1971.
