Gary DeMar from American Vision is openly supporting and promoting a blatant heretic, Zach Davis.

Zach is a member of the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism cult. Zach joined this cult a few years ago, and he has become “YouTube famous”, even far surpassing in “followers” the top teacher in this cult, Don Preston, who’s been teaching this cult doctrine for 35 years. Zach is what this cult needed to inject some fresh blood and put a younger charismatic face to this cult movement out from Max King in 1971. It’s obvious that Zach has bit down on the temptation bait that many young men bite down on concerning power, fame, influence, control, etc., and he’s zealously pursuing the top position in this cult (and much more I’m sure).

Zach promotes the heretical and blasphemous doctrine that says “the Resurrection” took place in AD 70, and “the body of the Resurrection” was a “corporate body of Adam” that was “metaphorically raised” to become “the corporate body of Christ” or “the corporate body Church”.

This is what Don Preston, William Bell, Mike Sullivan, and others in this cult have been teaching for over 35 years.

They teach that “Jesus Christ already returned in the first century”, and that the alive saints in AD 70 “experienced” the “spiritual coming of Christ” with a “covenantal status change”, “covenantal glorification”, and “covenantal moral perfection”.

This “metaphoric meeting Christ in the air and escorting his spiritual presence back down to Earth in AD 70” allegedly took place when a “corporate body of Adam” was “resurrected” in “the Resurrection” in AD 70.

Yes! They really teach this as “the Rapture” and “the Resurrection” that allegedly took place in AD 70 at “the return, coming, arrival, and presence of Christ”!

This is all very obviously a mystical, hyper-spiritualized, and heretical view of both the Resurrection and the Rapture.

This cult has redefined SO MUCH in the Bible! Words no longer mean words. You need a special decoder ring to even begin to understand just how badly these guys have redefined spiritual and theological terms in the Bible!

And yes, Gary DeMar joined this cult, even though he claims that he did not. Gary DeMar and Kim Burgess are now teaching that Christ’s eschatological (end times) parousia (presence) was “in Spirit in the first century”. This is NOT how the Greek word parousia (presence) is used in the New Testament for the eschatological (end times) presence of Jesus!

This is shameful!

Gary DeMar’s American Vision religious business is now selling a book that the blasphemer and blatant heretic Zach Davis co-authored.

Gary DeMar proves himself to be getting deeper and deeper into the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism cult, where an alleged and non-existent “old covenantal age, world, order, system, era, kingdom, creation, realm, location, and sphere” supposedly “changed into” an alleged and non-existent ““new covenantal age, world, order, system, era, kingdom, creation, realm, location, and sphere” over an alleged “40 year covenant change process”!

Congratulations everybody! Mankind has entered into the “new covenantal age and world” in AD 70, and you must simply believe it’s true, and then you too can experience “new covenantal moral perfection, glorification, immortality, and incorruption” RIGHT NOW ON EARTH!

Being famous here in the world is not a good thing! Being YouTube famous is not a good thing! There are plenty of people in the Bible who are Bible famous for really bad reasons! Their names will forever go down in infamy!

Gary DeMar should be ashamed of supporting and promoting Zach Davis’ rise to worldly power! But I’m not surprised at all that more and more people are falling away today! Gary DeMar will have to answer to Jesus for supporting and promoting this blatant heretic, Zach Davis! Zach will have to answer to Jesus as well!
