Human reasoning and lack of experience with the invisible spiritual dimension have people stuck. There’s this whole other sphere of activity that people have no acquaintance with, and they’ve convinced themselves it’s imaginary or the result of psychosis out from mental illness.
How somebody who calls themself a Christian can deny that Jesus and his disciples cast out literal evil demonic spirits in people is beyond me. I personally have extensive experience with evil spirits in the demonic realm. They are very real, and they both possess and oppress people. People open the doors to the demonic so very easily. And today, demonic activity is way more out in the open than ever. But to most, it’s all mental illness. Psychosis. Imaginary. Delusion.
Genuine witches and satanists know and experience far more on this subject than the many who deny that demons exist. It seems that many might say that when Jesus said to Peter, “Get thee behind me, Satan”, Jesus was addressing Peter’s mental illness and rebellious obstinate nature, right? There are cult leaders today who teach that “Satan” in the New Testament was Israelite leadership in rebellion to God and that’s all.
Demons love people who cast aspersions and mock genuine Christians who have experience with the demonic. There are genuine Christians who came out of New Age religion and the Occult who have an intense amount of experience with the demonic, and then comes along the inexperienced person using their human reasoning and saying, “The demonic is not real.” How do you take 10, 20, and 30 years of dealing with literal demons, and you then must try and explain that demons actually are real. You don’t, because they’re never going to get it no matter what you’ve got to say.
Imagine if the real illness is with the ones who can’t see the invisible spiritual dimension that’s happening all around us all of the time, and the ones who truly understand and know this dimension are the healthy ones.
