In Max King’s Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult, there are two core doctrines that can both be labeled as having a false gospel.

There is 1. a “covenant eschatology view” of God’s eschatology (end times study) in the Bible, and 2. a “corporate body view” of “the body of the Resurrection”.

1. A “covenant eschatology view” of God’s eschatology in the Bible.

In a 1971 book, Max King came up with the insidious and evil idea that all of God’s end time prophecy is wrapped up in a “40 year covenant change view” that allegedly involves a “40 year covenant change or transition” that took place between the cross and AD 70.

There is an alleged “old covenant age” or “old covenantal world” or “Jewish age or world” that “ended in AD 70”, and to the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult members, this means the “Old Heavens and Earth” ended when this alleged “40 year covenant change or transition process” ended in AD 70.

As slick and clever as this may sound, there is no such thing as an “old covenant age or world” or a “Jewish age” in Scripture that “ended in AD 70” after an alleged “40 year covenant change or transition process”.

To say that an “old covenant age or world” continued past the cross until AD 70, is to say that Israel’s old covenant was in effect during this alleged “40 year covenant change or transition process”.

This false gospel desecrates and blasphemes the finished atoning work of Jesus on the cross in his biological blood and body sacrifice.

Instead of the Church being purchased in full on the cross in the biological blood and body sacrifice of Jesus, these cult members insist that the Church was involved in a “40 year Atonement process” between the cross and AD 70 that ended at “the second coming of Christ in AD 70”.

This false gospel claims that the Church (Bride, Wife, Body) was saved and atoned for in AD 70 at the end of this non-existent “40 year covenant change or transition process”.

Indeed, these false teachers in the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult claim that Christ came out of the heavenly holy of holies at his second coming in AD 70 to deliver atonement to the Church that was redeemed and saved in AD 70.

Oh my!

It’s worth noting that Ed Stevens and his “Individual Body View” disciples are “Covenant Eschatology” in the same way that Don Preston, William Bell, David Curtis, Mike Sullivan, Zach Davis, Robert Cruickshank, Michael Miano, Rick Welch, and others are “Covenant Eschatology”.

IBV (Individual Body View) and CBV (Corporate Body View) doesn’t matter when it comes to somebody being “Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism”, which is why they all ultimately get along with each other.

In summary, the “covenant eschatology view” of God’s eschatology in the Bible is when you say that an alleged “old covenant age or world” ended in AD 70 and an alleged “new covenant age or world” began in ca. AD 30 at the cross, and this heretical and blasphemous view includes an alleged “40 year covenant change process” and “covenant overlap” between the cross and AD 70.

2. A “corporate body view” of “the body of the Resurrection”.

Going back 5, 10, 15, and 20 years, the false teachers in the Covenant Eschatology Full Pretertism Cult kept this insidious and wicked teaching under wraps, because that’s how radically unorthodox it was (and still is).

Not today, the new young hot shot teacher in Max King’s Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult, Zach Davis, is proudly and boldly teaching Max King’s “Corporate Body View” as if it is the latest and greatest thing to come to Christianity!

This false gospel says that there was “a corporate body Adam” that was “transforming into” the “corporate body of Christ” or “the Church” over an alleged “40 year corporate body change process” and an alleged “40 year resurrecting process” between the cross and AD 70.

Wow! That should be a lot for anybody to take in, but these guys have come out of the “Corporate Body View” closet, and they are now proudly and boldly teaching this evil teaching.

Max King taught that Adam was “the federal representative head” of “a corporate group of people” (a “corporate body”) in an alleged “old covenant age or world”.

This “corporate body” is allegedly “the body of the Resurrection” that Paul teaches about in such areas as 1 Corinthians 15 and 2 Corinthians 5.

It’s worth noting that Max King, who came up with both “Covenant Eschatology” and the “Corporate Body View”, became a Universalist throughout the 1990’s because of this insane teaching that “a corporate body Adam” was “raised and resurrected in AD 70” as “the corporate body of Christ” at “the second coming of Christ in AD 70”.

Max King had ALL PERSONS in Adam and in his “death” – that were in this “corporate body Adam” – become beneficiaries of this “corporate body” getting “raised and resurrected” as “the corporate body of Christ” in AD 70, which meant that EVERYBODY IN ADAM AND IN HIS “DEATH” was saved in AD 70 according to Max King, the founder of this cult.

The Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult members who take the “Corporate Body View” teach that “the body” that Paul talks about as being “the body that transforms and puts on immortality” is this “corporate body Adam” that “transforms into” the “corporate body of Christ” over an alleged “40 year resurrecting process”.

So according to Don Preston, William Bell, Mike Sullivan, Zach Davis, and everybody else in this cult that takes the “Corporate Body View”, they say that “the Resurrection” was both a “40 year PROCESS” and a “singular EVENT in AD 70” at “the end of the old covenant age or world” for this “corporate body Adam” (some say “corporate body Israel”) that “transformed into” the “corporate body of Christ” or “the Church”.

It is this “corporate body of Christ” or “the Church” that these false teachers say is the “New Heavens and Earth” as “the New Jerusalem” that “came down out from Heaven in AD 70” at “the second coming of Christ” where “Christ’s Presence” now allegedly dwells on Earth.

In other words, if you get yourself inside this “Church” or “resurrected in AD 70 corporate body of Christ” that these false teachers teach, you can then be in the Presence of the Christ that came back in AD 70, where this Christ delivered salvation to “the corporate body Adam” that was “resurrected over a 40 year process between the cross and AD 70” as “the corporate body of Christ”.

This “Corporate Body View” of “the body of the Resurrection” is the second core blasphemous doctrine that Max King personally came up with, and he expounds upon this heretical teaching in his 784 page book that he wrote in 1987.

This blatant heresy that Zach Davis, Don Preston, William Bell, Mike Sullivan, and others in this cult are teaching claims that the Church (Bride, Wife, Body) was not saved and redeemed until AD 70 when “the high priest Christ came out of the heavenly holy of holies to deliver atonement to the corporate body Church”.

Once again, like Max King’s “covenant view of eschatology” that claims that Israel’s old covenant continued past the cross for 40 years, this “Corporate Body View” blatantly blasphemes the finished atoning work of Jesus on the cross in his biological blood and body sacrifice.

If you don’t know the truth, these snakes and devils will put the bait on the hook and get you to chomp down on the bait with all kinds of slick rhetoric and knowledge that puffs up!

The Church most certainly did not have to go through a “40 year corporate body change process” or “40 year resurrecting process” or a “40 year Atonement process” in order to be “saved in AD 70 at the second coming of Christ in AD 70”.

That is some insidious and evil stuff that is taught in the Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult!

In closing, these are the two main false doctrines in Max King’s Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult. 1. “Covenant Eschatology”. 2. “Corporate Body View”. Max King personally came up with both of these radically blasphemous views that are not in the Bible. Max King wrote his first book on “Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism” in 1971. Ed Stevens joined rank with Max King about 1975. William Bell joined rank with Max King about 1980. Don Preston joined rank with Max King about 1990. EVERYBODY today who is teaching the heresy and blasphemy that is in Max King’s Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism Cult, learned it out from these guys ultimately speaking. I always get a kick out of somebody who says, “I never read Max King” and “I came up with this all on my own”. Sure you did! You came up with all this heresy and blasphemy on your own! Okay! The bottom line is that there is no such thing as an “old covenant age or world” or “Jewish age” or however else somebody tries to describe an insane “old covenantal age” in Scripture. “Covenant Eschatology” simply does not exist in Scripture! God’s eschatology in the Bible is not based on Israel’s old covenant becoming their new covenant at the “end of the old covenant age or world” in AD 70! This is an epic fail that is blatant blasphemy against the finished atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross in his biological blood and body sacrifice! Be warned of these evil men (and some women) who are leading people astray and shipwrecking the faith of people today! They will try and win you with smiles, charm, knowledge, charisma, and intellectualism, but they are deadly and poisonous in their teaching.
