Update on Gary DeMar from American Vision considering suing me… I desire for everything going on here to be out in the open. Transparency and accountability need to happen. It’s worth noting that I contacted my attorney. I have every right to express my belief that Gary has now joined the Max King Cult called “Covenant Eschatology Full Preterism”, especially with the receipts. Gary’s attempt at intimidation and bullying simply will not work.

I found out online (see attached screenshot) that Gary attends a Presbyterian church in Georgia. I made a call to this church last Tuesday (9/2/25) and personally spoke with the admin assistant, Cheryl, and I left a voicemail with the senior pastor, David Hall. As of now (Tuesday, 9/9/25), nobody from Gary’s church has contacted me. Yesterday (Monday 9/8/25), I contacted the Presbyterian Church in America’s (PCA) Administrative Committee and spoke with Margaret, to get the information for the Stated Clerk who is responsible for the area where Gary’s church is located. It is the Northwest Georgia Presbytery, and the Stated Clerk is Robby Baxter. I left a voicemail and sent an email to Robby yesterday (9/8/25). This is where things are at right now. I’ll patiently wait to hear back from Robby Baxter, so that we can begin the process of working through this issue that includes Gary using his large platform to solicit extremely ugly and hateful comments directed at me. Let’s see what happens from here.
